Using professional photographers and surveyors we verify at wireline, full render, and in video form. Our work has supported many successful planning applications as well as a number of high profile inquiries. Our streamlined methodology allows us to produce verified work quickly, efficiently and most importantly accurately.

Planning

Accurately combining a proposed development with a photograph of the exisiting context, AVR’s (Accurate Visual Representations) help explain the location and massing of the proposed development. Sophisticated AVR’s may also portray how the completed development would look within contextural and environmental specific lighting and weather conditions.

Photography

We work with some of the profession’s most recognised and celebrated photographers to provide us with source, aerial and completed photography. We also have our own inhouse photographer and film maker allowing us to move as quickly as the weather does. In line with AVR’s philosophy all these costs are included in our comprehensive service.

Inquiry Work

Our verification, video and perception studies have been used to support numerous successful planning inquiries, and praised by a number of notable QC’s for their accuracy and quality. We also offer an independent verification checking service to ensure any external consultant’s work can be trusted or relied upon at inquiry or planning level.
